About Us

Wild Rose Assessment Services Inc. was incorporated in 1995 and is the largest assessment firm in Central Alberta providing a service to 35 municipalities. Our firm strives to create an open line of communication between our office, the municipality, and the ratepayers.

Professionalism and quality service are the characteristics valued most at Wild Rose Assessment Services. Quality service is demonstrated by the close proximity to all of our clientele in Alberta, this allows for a quick response to any requests. Wild Rose Assessment Services Inc. has 6 full time assessors and 1 clerical available 5 days a week to assist the municipalities and ratepayers.
